How to read the case studies.
Every card shows these five things:
- the client or project
- the starting point
- the product delivered
- AP4's role
- one verified outcome
When the outcome or client name is not public, we state this clearly.
What does an outcome mean?
- Client-verified
- the client confirmed the value in writing
- Measured through analytics
- data extracted from the system, with a stated measurement period
- Estimated
- a labelled estimate, with the formula and its limitations
The detailed page gives the measurement period, baseline, result, method and limitation.
We do not publish percentage or absolute performance claims without a source.
AI-native delivery impact: evidence required
We report AI-native delivery impact only when the baseline, measurement period, method and limitation are documented. Without them, we make no project- or portfolio-level claims about speed, capacity or quality.
Featured projects
- TMRW Hotels - a product supporting the digital guest experience
- BKK Telebusz - a mobile travel and service process
Detailed claims always appear on the client-approved case page.
Not presentations: live business systems.
Every case study states the starting situation, the solution delivered, the type of result and - where publishable - how it was measured. If a result is not public, we say so.
