The goal was to create a fully digital guest experience. We wanted to replace queues and plastic key cards with a single convenient mobile app that lets guests handle everything — from booking a room and opening the door to controlling the air conditioning.
We developed a native mobile app for iOS and Android in which guests can do everything from booking through payment and digital check-in to unlocking their room door. Behind the scenes, we also built a comprehensive administration interface where hotel staff can efficiently manage bookings, housekeeping tasks and guest requests.
The outcome is a game-changing system that completely rewrites the guest experience. Guests get a faster, contactless and more convenient service, while hotel operators gain a more cost-effective, largely automated operating model.
