Replace paper-based records and isolated site-level systems with a unified, real-time ERP that comprehensively handles material flow, weighing and invoicing.

02 · Solution

We built a custom ERP with weighbridge integration, inter-site inventory synchronisation, automated invoicing and a finance module. Workflow-based approval covers every material movement.

03 · Outcome

Paper-based processes are gone, data synchronisation between sites is real-time, and the monthly financial close shrank from days to hours.
