Challenge · Solution · Outcome

01 · Challenge

Make bus transport in sparsely populated areas more flexible — on-demand services instead of fixed timetables, with real-time route optimisation.

02 · Solution

Three distinct interfaces: a native mobile app with booking for passengers, a tablet interface with navigation and passenger lists for drivers, and a console with monitoring and manual intervention for dispatchers.

03 · Outcome

Residents of outer districts gained public transport they actually use, vehicle utilisation grew measurably, and drivers’ work became more predictable.
