Privacy Policy

This policy summarises what personal data the AP4 Digital website (ap4digital.com) processes, for what purpose, and for how long. Processing complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What we process and why

2.1 AI assistant (chat)

When you use the AI assistant on our website, we store the contents of the conversation (your questions and the answers), along with a one-way hashed version of your IP address.

Purpose: following up with prospects, understanding demand for our services, improving the assistant.
Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) — using the chat is voluntary).
Retention: up to 90 days, then deleted automatically.
Storage: in an EU-hosted database (Supabase). Responses are generated via the Anthropic Claude API; your data is not used for model training.

2.2 Scheduling (Calendly)

Appointment booking runs through Calendly. The data you provide when booking (name, e-mail, optional note) is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy; we use it to run the consultation.

2.3 Contact via e-mail / phone

Messages sent to hello@ap4.hu and the data they contain are retained for the duration of the business relationship, or for a maximum of 2 years from the enquiry.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Embedded services (Calendly) may set technical cookies required for their operation under their own policies.

Supabase Inc. — database (EU region): chat conversations, knowledge base
Anthropic PBC — AI response generation (Claude API, zero-data-retention)
Calendly LLC — appointment scheduling

4. Your rights

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your stored data, or withdraw your consent at any time at hello@ap4.hu. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, naih.hu).
