How do you make cybersecurity training engaging? That was the central question. We had to build a system that employees genuinely enjoy using, while managers receive real, measurable data on their teams’ preparedness.
We built the platform around gamification. Users progress through training on a personal dashboard, collecting points and virtual badges based on their performance. Company-wide and team leaderboards keep motivation high. Managers can track team progress and deadlines on a detailed admin interface.
The result is a training system where mandatory education becomes an internal competition. Employees absorb the material in a playful way on a clean interface, while company leadership gets an up-to-date picture of the organisation’s cybersecurity readiness. Learning becomes effective — and the company becomes safer.
