Adopt ERP · designed around process and data

A tailored ERP system for clear processes and decision-ready data.

We design and implement a modular system aligned with your company's operations when spreadsheets, disconnected applications and manual handoffs start constraining growth and control.

What problems does it solve?

  • fragmented master data
  • spreadsheet- and email-based approvals
  • duplicate data entry
  • inventory, work or financial status that is difficult to track
  • manual handoffs between disconnected systems
  • delayed management reporting

Typical Adopt ERP modules

  • customer and partner management
  • quotations and orders
  • procurement and inventory
  • projects, work and capacity
  • invoice preparation
  • documents and approvals
  • reporting and management dashboards
  • permissions and audit logs

Only justified modules are included in scope.

AI-native implementation from process logic to integration

AI can accelerate the organisation of requirements, preparation of the data model and interfaces, test-data and test-case creation, and documentation.

Named product, architecture and QA owners review process-owner decisions, the permissions model, migration rules and the production cutover.

System Design Sprint

In ten business days, we map processes, roles, data, integrations and migration, then hand over a module and implementation plan, risk list, and time and cost ranges.

Sprint and implementation packages

  • Start

    HUF 690,000 net plus VAT

  • Growth

HUF 1.19 million net plus VAT

  • Industry

HUF 1.69 million net plus VAT

The implementation proposal is prepared after reviewing the processes, modules, users, integrations and migration.

Adopt ERP is quoted in Hungarian forint: a separate euro price list has not been approved for ERP, and we do not convert prices between currencies.

Who is it not for?

If a standard SaaS product covers the process without modification, no process owner has been appointed, or the organisation is unwilling to resolve master-data and accountability issues, we first recommend a different solution or internal preparation.

Because ERP scope is determined not by a feature list but by processes, data, roles, integrations and migration. The sprint turns these into a decision-ready plan.
Often, yes, but not every spreadsheet should become an ERP function. The sprint separates what belongs in the central system from what should remain independent.
Through a source inventory, cleansing rules, trial migration, reconciliation and an approved cutover plan. Responsibility for improving data quality is divided between the client and AP4.

Start with an operating model, not an ERP feature list.

The System Design Sprint shows what to centralise, in what order and at what cost.
